We are aiming to supply fine quality jewellery with the best customer service.

The Euphoria Jewels difference shines brightly as we take time and extra care when designing and hand making a piece of jewellery. We only use ethically sourced materials of the highest quality available on earth. Our gemstones are rare and, in many cases, irreplaceable. All our pieces come with a Euphoria Jewels Certificate/ Valuation for Insurance Purposes and information on how to care for your precious jewellery and rare gemstones if applicable.

Return Policy

At Euphoria Jewels we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and Shop Owner, please read our Return Policy below:

All products at Euphoria Jewels are carefully handcrafted in our Leederville studio. Euphoria Jewels does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to: normal wear and tear; mishap; careless handling; improper use; use outside Euphoria Jewels care instructions.

If the item has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void.

Euphoria Jewels denies any obligation to take any action in respect of such damaged items.

Euphoria Jewels at our discretion can accept items for exchange or credit note if returned within 7 days of the original purchase date with its original receipt and packaging. The item must not have been worn and it will be required to pass our Quality Control Assessment. If you have been gifted an item you are wishing to exchange, please contact us within 7 days and provide verification details.

Euphoria jewels does not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault. We may offer a refund provided the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging for a refund to be considered. No refund applies to special commissions and custom orders.

Shipping

Euphoria delivers worldwide. We offer complimentary shipping within Australia and International shipping starts from $100.

All of our packages are insured, require a signature on delivery and are traceable. Once your order is processed successfully it will be shipped within 2 – 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email in regards to your shipment.

Prior to order dispatch, goods are carefully inspected by the Euphoria team to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your goods are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately by emailing info@euphoriajewels.com.au.
